All orders are sent via Royal Mail & aim to be with you within 1-2 working days.
Any products currently out of stock we're aim to have back in stock within a couple of weeks.

Personalised embossing is complimentary with all orders & available on all leather or suede product. Unfortunately we cannot emboss onto any hair on hide product.
Enter your name or initials on the product page when ordering and choose your preferred finish. We offer gold or silver foil & also blind embossing which uses only heat.
If you would not like embossing on your item, simply select 'No' on the option drop down on the product page.
To return an item. Post to the returns address at the bottom of your order confirmation included in your parcel within 14 days of purchase. Please include the packing slip so we have the order number and your name. A refund will then be made.
Unfortunately all bespoke orders or personalised orders are non-refundable or available for exchange. We recommend reading our size guide before ordering.
All of our standard belts measurements are taken from the middle hole & are adjustable by 7'' allowing for a large amount of adjustability both smaller & larger. You will find product specific size guides at the bottom of each product page. For more information click here.
