Shipping policy

All orders made via our website are processed ourselves and are usually despatched within 1-3 days.  These times can vary in show season when we are out at events but we will ship your orders as soon as we can. We post to anywhere in the UK using Royal Mail.and these options can be selected at checkout.

Europe and the rest of the world are also shipped through Royal Mail.  Please note that recipients in the EU & the rest of the world will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
