Please note embossing is not available on hair-on-hide products.

Blind Embossing: Your name or initials will be embossed onto the leather using heat only. This finish offers a subtle personalisation.
Foil Embossing: To make your chosen name or initials stand out, we can emboss using silver or gold foil.
All of our personalisation is done by ourselves in house, by hand.

Dalton's will exchange an item that is returned in it's original condition and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging with in 12 days of receipt. We will then be more than happy to exchange for your preferred product or size.
Dalton's will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original invoice and packaging to our warehouse within 12 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.
